Submitting a service request form does not guarantee a confirmed booking for the selected date and time. Once your request is received, a WattStar Electric representative will contact you via phone, email, or text message to confirm scheduling.
Services may be performed by owner-operators, teams, or referral partners, depending on the job. All service providers are vetted and held to high standards of professionalism and accountability.
We reserve the right to deny or terminate services in the event of:
Safety concerns.
Inappropriate or uncomfortable behavior.
Hazardous working conditions.
Utilities (e.g., electricity or water) being disconnected.
If a provider feels unsafe or the environment is unsuitable, they may leave the site, and the cancellation policy will apply.
To ensure efficiency and safety, please make sure the service area is accessible and properly prepared. If heavy items need to be moved or special access is required, please arrange this beforehand.
We are happy to work around pets. However, if a pet presents a safety risk or behaves aggressively, the service provider may leave the site, and the cancellation policy will apply.
Quoted prices are based on standard conditions. If the work site differs significantly from the initial description (e.g., requiring additional work or unexpected complications), the provider will notify you of any price adjustments before proceeding.
Payment for services is due upon completion unless otherwise specified. WattStar Electric may place a temporary hold on your credit card 24 hours before the scheduled service. Final payment will be processed after the work is completed.
Refunds are generally not provided. However, if an error occurs with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to correct the issue at no additional cost.
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If notice is not provided, or if the service provider cannot access the site, a cancellation fee equal to the full service cost will apply.
While we take great care to avoid damage, WattStar Electric is not liable for:
Damage due to normal wear and tear.
Improper installation by another party.
Pre-existing issues or unlisted fragile items.
Our providers carry insurance for damages they may directly cause.
Please ensure the service location is accessible on the scheduled day. If the provider cannot access the location and cannot reach you within 30 minutes of arrival, the service will be skipped, and the full service fee will apply.
By booking with WattStar Electric, you agree not to directly hire or solicit any of our service providers for similar services for a period of one year following their engagement with you.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving SMS notifications from WattStar Electric, which may include billing updates, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, and customer satisfaction surveys.
