“After multiple failed attempts to successfully obtain estimates from other electricians, I reached out to WattStar Electric after obtaining the company contact info from Duke Progress Energy website. Dylan responded to my message within 5 minutes and was able to schedule an appointment within just a few days working around my hectic work schedule. Tyler arrived to my home on time and well prepared to discuss the electrical repair request. He performed a thorough inspection, explaining clearly what he was looking for and finding as he went, and presented me with an estimate for multiple options to solve the problem as well as a potential fire issue I didn’t know I had. “I established an appointment with Wattstar at a home show at the convention center. Daniel and Gabriel were able to come to my home the following Tuesday to perform a home electric inspection, and to provide quotes for several jobs including moving outlets and adding dimmers. After their assessment, I ended up adding a couple jobs including moving a circuit so that a light outside our bedroom was attached to a different switch, and adding surge protection to our HVAC unit and breaker. The prices were a bit higher than I would have liked, but competitive. The five star rating comes from the tremendous work they did, the knowledge Daniel and Gabriel had, and their great personalities. I would absolutely used them again for any electrical work and feel very comfortable doing so. They also provide lifetime warranties on their work which is reassuring. If you want a job done right and explained to you well, Wattstar is definitely a great option.”

“Tyler came out to our home and spent hours genuinely helping us try and figure out what projects to tackle first. He took our panels apart to check that we didn’t have aluminum wiring since our home was built in 1974. He insisted on going to Home Depot to replace these screws that hold up our panel, scared they were unsafe and refused to take a nickel from us. In five minutes you can tell him and his two brothers are exactly who you will want doing any electrical work in your home.”

“My breaker tripped after I plugged in my Christmas tree leaving my living and bed rooms without power. I called my power company right away and was immediately contacted by WattStar Electric. The very pleasant representative set up an urgent appointment with a one hour window. Prior to coming to my home, Daniel ,the electrian, called and informed me he was on his way to me and provided his GPS time of arrival which was within the schedule time.. He also offered to bring me coffee if I needed it. I thought that was very considerate since it was early in the morning. When he arrived at my house he introduced himself and upon entering he put on a pair of red boot cover. He was very thorough in his diagnostics. He explainef the problem that caused my breaker to trip, that even a dummy could understand. He was also very polite and respectful in answering my many questions. He continuously thanked me for the opportunities to ensure my breaker and sockets are in the best shape and that my house is protected and made safe.
