"I've been calling, messaging, emailing so many local electrican service companies with absolutely no response, for months! WattStar Electric...these Guys!!!! They were super quick to respond, answered all my concerns and questions, very polite and professional. Daniel was amazing! He walked me step by step through the process of starting my generator with the outdoor inlet he installed, then working my indoor breaker system with the interlock system he also installed for safety. I was getting confused and worried about messing up the steps, even though he posted instructions on my breaker panel door (electricity talk is like a foreign language to me, and very scary). Before he left, he took my phone and videoed the process of turning on and off the generator and properly working my breaker panel with it. He assured me that I could call him anytime with any questions. After watching the video just once, it all made sense. I am now confident that when I do loose power, WattStar has made it safe for me to use my generator without extension cords running through my house. Not so scary after all and worth every penny, thanks Daniel and all you other WattStar guys! Also, Daniel was very kind and loving to my goofy resuce dog Murphy that just wanted to follow him everywhere.❤️"
