Meter Panel Combo with Emergency Disconnect - A Smarter Upgrade

Sometimes the straightforward fix isn't actually the best fix. This homeowner needed a meter base replacement, and the easy answer would have been to just swap it out and tack on a standalone outdoor disconnect. We went a different direction.
