Most backyard sheds sit there doing the bare minimum - storage, maybe some basic hand tools. But when a homeowner actually wants to use their shed as a workshop or a real functional space, a dark, powerless structure just doesn't cut it. That's exactly the situation we walked into on this one.

We ran power to this brand-new shed from scratch. No existing wiring, no shortcuts. Just a clean install built around what the homeowner actually needed. That meant running wire through the structure, setting up a dedicated light switch right at the door entry, hanging a shop light from the peak of the rafters, and installing a bell box for the doorbell - all dialed in to the homeowner's specs.

The outlet work was a big part of this too. We mounted a properly boxed outlet in the wall framing and got the wiring routed cleanly through the studs. Everything was done with the right boxes and hardware for a structure like this - not just slapped together. When you're wiring a shed, the details matter just as much as they do inside your house.

What's nice about a job like this is how much it opens up what the space can actually do. Workshop? Now you've got lighting overhead and outlets for your tools. Man cave? Flip the switch at the door and you're set. Storage space that actually works at night? Done. Our rewiring services and outlet services aren't just for houses - any structure on your property can benefit from a proper electrical setup.

If you've got a shed sitting in your backyard that could be doing a whole lot more, this is exactly the kind of work we do. Start with power, and everything else follows.
